At ladressefashion.com, we are committed to providing you with an impeccable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Return conditions
1. Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Items returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be accepted.
3. Some items, such as personalized or promotional products, may be non-refundable. This information will be specified on the product page.
Return procedure
1. Before any return, please contact us at customerservice@ladressefashion.com indicating:
• Your order number
• The product(s) concerned
• The reason for the return
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete the return.
Return costs
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product, order error).
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure that your package is received correctly.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
• If the return is accepted, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@ladressefashion.com We will cover the return shipping costs and will proceed with an exchange or refund.
