Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The item must not have been worn, and must not smell of sweat, food or anything else. The red security tag must remain attached to the item at all times. We cannot accept returns without this tag. It is also forbidden to cut the tag and then return it with the item.
